We're bringing all of the comforts of the country to downtown Rogers with this showstopper property! Our property is located less than a mile away from all of Downtown Rogers' best local eats and brews, without sacrificing the peaceful cottage feel guests are looking for. For the adventurous crew, our home is located only 1/2 mile from the Railyard Bike Park!
The space:
Get ready to make memories of a lifetime at The Country Cottage. Our property is a stylish, 3 bed 2.5 bath home in Downtown Rogers, Arkansas. The first level of our home has an open floor plan and features a gorgeous, red brick fireplace. Our living room is newly decorated with plush furniture and a 50" Samsung TV, pre-loaded with some of your favorite streaming services. A few steps over you'll find yourself in our fully-stocked kitchen with bar seating. Right off of the kitchen is our dining room that comfortably seats 7. Upstairs, you'll find the 3 fully furnished bedrooms. Our master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and luxury lines. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom, fully stocked with amenities and linens. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and opens up to the upstairs patio. Our third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin-sized trundle pull out bed.
Guest access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
