3 bedrooms * 2 full bathrooms
-Owners Suite- located on the opposite side of the home from the other 2 bedrooms. Queen bed with premium bedding, a fan, a RokuTV, a bluetooth speaker, closet space, en suite full bathroom with large soaking tub & Shower.
-2nd bedroom- Full size bed with premium bedding, RokuTv, closet space, bluetooth speaker.
-3rd bedroom- Twin size bed with premium bedding, closet space, RokuTV.
*2nd and 3rd bedroom share a common full size bathroom with tub/shower.
OTHER SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- A full size air mattress and bedding is provided.
- A portable Toddler bed and bedding is provided. ( See pics)
- A full sized playpen is also provided. (See pics)
Living Room- Full size couch and loveseat to relax while you watch your favorite shows on the ROKU TV. You'll find several books, puzzles, and games in the console.
Kitchen- Large and spacious kitchen that is open to the living area so that you don't miss a thing! Featuring bar seating for 4... and a dining table with 2 chairs and a bench. The kitchen is very well stocked. Large & Small Crock pot, electric blender, Coffee maker that brews both single serve & carafe, ample dishware, silverware, bake ware, cooking ware, utensils, etc. We try to keep a stock of various seasonings, oils, sugar, flour, coffee & all things coffee, and more.

Toddler silverware is also provided.
Back Porch- Enjoy relaxing or dining on the back porch that provides outdoor dining seating for 6.
Grill- An electric grill is provided on the back porch.
Yard- We have a large and spacious 1.5 acre fully fenced yard. Plenty of room to throw the football around or enjoy a contained fire at the fire pit.
PETS- While we are pet friendly... we do shy away from heavy shedding breeds. All pets must be free of fleas & ticks and UTD on vaccines. Pets are strictly not allowed on our beds and furniture. We do have a Med-Large crate *with divider* at the house for use. Any pet left alone/unattended for any period of time MUST be crated.
Parking- We are in a rural setting, with plenty of parking. We have a 1 car detached carport.. and plenty of parking area to the left of the driveway.
WIFI- High Speed Wifi is provided free of charge.
* All Tv's are Smart TVs. Each bedroom has their own Tv, as well. You can log in to your favorite apps to watch your favorite shows! For LIVE TV, choose the Roku Channel App and then choose LIVE TV to be taken to the channel Line Up.
Chances are.... if you forgot something, you can find one in the house.
