The Flight Lounge is a modern and luxurious 3BR, 2.5 BA townhome in prestigious Calgary NE. This new urban style home has dramatic coffered ceilings, open concept living spaces, a large balcony and beautifully appointed bedrooms, making it the ideal place for you to lay your hat and experience what the locals affectionately refer to as “Cow-Town.”

Living Spaces
The main floor is an open-concept space combining the living room and entertainment area as well as a dedicated workspace with lightning-fast WIFI to ensure your video calls or other web-based work is seamless.
The entertainment area has been decorated with chic modern touches but also offers tons of comfort with a cozy leather sectional and throw pillows to snuggle up and enjoy all the streaming service options on the flat-screen TV after work or exploring the city.
Bedrooms
Each room has been decorated to create a personal escape for guests to relax and recharge. We’ve used high-quality mattresses and linens to create a space where everyone can enjoy a restful sleep.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: Decorated in a modern and calming urban palette of greys and whites, this bedroom has a supportive and plush Queen size mattress with high-quality linens. You’ll love all the natural light this room gets through its large windows.
Bedroom 2: Enjoy sleeping and relaxing in this upscale woodland-themed room. The twin trundle bed is not only comfortable but ideal for tucking away your things to keep the room clutter-free. There’s also a desk perfect for catching up on work or connecting with your friends on your socials.
Bedroom 3: Tuck into this cozy guest bedroom with a supportive Queen-size mattress and side table for your phone charger and that book you’ve been meaning to read.

Bathrooms:
Master Bathroom: Wash the day's cares away in this sparkling white bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Upstairs Bathroom: On the top floor there’s a shared bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3. You’ll appreciate how spacious it is. It also offers a shower tub/combo, perfect for families with small children who don’t want to miss out on bath night.
Main Floor Bathroom: Conveniently tucked away on the main floor next to the laundry room is a stylish 2 piece bathroom.
A Glamorous Kitchen
You’ll want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, whether to create some culinary magic, gather with friends around the large kitchen island and breakfast bar, or unwrap some delicious take-out from one of the restaurants in the area. The bright white cupboards, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops are the perfect backdrop for any meal. Not to mention the exceptional design of the space to create a kitchen that’s not only beautiful but also highly functional.

Topped off with a mid-century modern lighting fixture and positioned right beside the large windows with seating for 6, this is a relaxing space to catch up on the day's events.
Outdoor Space
You’ll also be able to spend your time out on the second-story balcony for a meal or just sit, have a drink, and take in your surroundings. There’s a small park in the complex for your enjoyment as well.
