This home was fully renovated with the intent to make a comfortable place for friends and families to gather. High speed internet and smart TVs with YouTubeTV included and ability to access Netflix and other streaming services. Unit is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary kitchen implements. There is a charcoal grill available for guest use, bring your own charcoal. The fire-pit is also available for use, please bring your own firewood.
Please do not enter the shed in the backyard, this is not part of the listing and is off limits to Guests. Any abandoned buildings/sheds in the wooded areas are not included in the listing and are off limits.
Garage next to house is included in listing, there is a garage door opener located in the house, by the window at the kitchen bar top. This opener is hanging on the wall.
