Adorable home in the Village of Oriental. Lovely older home with large front porch and screened in back porch to sit and relax. Downstairs has a large living area, dining room, newly renovated full bathroom and a sitting room with a full-size futon. There is a well-stocked kitchen with breakfast nook and a washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen. The upstairs has two good sized bedrooms both with queen beds. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is excellent Wi-Fi throughout the house. The back yard is fenced in for any pets and there is a small frog/fish pond. The driveway is adequate for boat parking and there is a hose for wash downs. The house is in a great location just steps from the Old Theater, the Village Brewery and is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Oriental. There is a public boat ramp and fishing pier just a few blocks from the house. Come stay for a weekend or a month, you won’t be disappointed.
