Got FISHERMEN? Enjoy fishing in the pond stocked with Blue Gill, Bass, and Catfish! If you can bring in our big catfish Mr. Whiskers you’ll enjoy a good fight, just make sure to throw him back! We provide all your fishing gear.
Prefer WATER SPORTS? Enjoy swimming in the pond, have swim races as you jump off the dock and swim to the center fountain. Float on provided inter tubes or bring all your fun inflatable toys (we have a machine to blow them all up). Or just lay back and catch rays as you float idly on the pond.
Do you love SMORES AND CAMPFIRES? Gather around the fire pit and enjoy a free s’mores charcuterie tray on us! Sing campfire songs. Tell scary stories. Or just become mesmerized by the flames as you enjoy the sound of the nearby waterfall on the property.
Why watch a movie inside when you can have an OUTDOOR MOVIE PARTY! We have an outdoor screen and projector so you can host a memorable movie night! Watch a scary show in the trees. Enjoy a unique dinner with an AUTHENTIC ITALIAN PIZZA OVEN! If you’ve never hosted a make your own gourmet pizza charcuterie event, you’re missing out! Supply all the pizza toppings you can think of (we love using unique things like honey, balsam vinegar, blackberries and lemons) and then let everyone make their own. Pizzas cook in 90 seconds in the pizza oven. Additionally Publix sells delicious pre-made pizza dough you can just stretch and assemble!
Enjoy OUTDOOR EATING? We have just the place for you! Perched overlooking the pond is an outdoor kitchen beneath a gazebo top. Use our Weber grill to prep dinner, or our large kitchen with two ovens and two fridges. We have everything you need in this chef’s stocked kitchen to host meals to remember.

Inquire for rates to rent the entire property which will be 9 bedrooms (8 of those are suites with bathrooms) and can sleep 21 in beds and will allow for a group up to 30 people or with special permission larger groups for events.

For a quick summary of layout- there are five rooms total. Four rooms are en-suite bedrooms (two king bedroom suites and two queens). All suites are full bathrooms minus one queen room has an attached half bathroom instead of full. The fourth bedroom is a very large bunk room with four twins and a full bed. We also can setup a blow up bed (also by request only).
Detailed layout is as follows:
MAIN FLOOR
-Large Kitchen: With gas range, double oven, and huge prep space. Additionally enjoy our ice maker and all new stainless steel appliances.
-Dining Room: Enjoy dinner with views of the pond and forest on a large custom table made from wood from an old tobacco barn. The table seats ten with an additional four that can be seated at the bar, and six more at an outdoor table on the deck (plus another table in the outdoor kitchen that seats 6-8).
-Front room: Large grand room with picturesque windows bringing the outdoors inside! Camel leather West Elm sofa, two arm chairs and a bench tucked beneath the window.
-Living Room: A great place to gather as dinner is being made. West Elm queen sleeper sofa and soft leather Pottery Barn recliners complete this room to gather and relax in.
-Guest Bathroom: Gorgeous half bathroom with custom made vanity made from spalted maple and vessel sink.
-Library: Enjoy a new book from two bookcases in a room with two walls of windows and, access to the hot tub area outside.
-Queen Suite: This stylish bedroom features a walkout, Queen pullout sleeper sofa, workspace, easy access to the hot tub, and a half bath.
-Master Bedroom and Bathroom: Sink into a soft king bed and stare out walls of windows staring out at the pond and trees. Grab a book or a mug of coffee and sit in the bay window area as you watch the leaves turn colors or the fish swim in the pond.
UPSTAIRS
-Perfect room for the kids! Four twin beds and a full bed, hanging/swinging chair and plenty of room to play or setup sleeping bags and more places to camp out.
DOWNSTAIRS
-Large living room with television and reclining sofa and electric fireplace.

-Beautiful bay windows that bring the outdoors inside

-Master bedroom with full bathroom and walkout to private patio area. This room has a queen bed.

-Pond- Pond can be swam in and has a ladder to climb out. It is also stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass and guests are welcome to fish as much as they’d like.

-Outdoor Kitchen- Water, bar, mini fridge, disco ball, and tables and seating- all overlooking the pond
We can also provide up a two blow up bed and have it setup for you wherever you’d like or just waiting with bedding (per request only- so please arrange in advance). We can accommodate large groups in several different ways, just reach out and ask.
Only 30 mins to Asheville with its amazing food and brewery scene, art galleries, and shopping. Within 15 mins to 1 hour of amazing waterfalls, hikes, river rafting, zip lining, horse back riding, and famous Biltmore mansion. So much to do on-site or nearby!
