A truly unique holiday cottage situated in the ideal location to explore everything Norfolk has to offer. The Granary offers a comfortable space for all the family and has been furnished to an extremely high standard. The property is located in the beautiful countryside on a working arable farm with views over the meadow and sightings of deer, hares and foxes are not uncommon! Marriott's Way is a 26 mile footpath, bridleway and cycle route which follows 2 disused railway lines and this is located right on your doorstep too!
Ground Floor
Walk through the main entrance into a Utility Room which is great for those muddy boots and coats. The room also offers a tumble dryer.
From the utility room, walk into the large Living Area which features Kitchen, Dining Area and Sitting Room.
The newly refurbished Kitchen is extremely well equipped with an electric double oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Dining Area offers seating for 6 as well as a sideboard with speaker.
The Sitting Room offers extremely comfortable seating with 2 sofas and an armchair. There is also a gas fire, coffee table and Smart TV and DVD player.
Back through the Utility Room is a newly installed, modern Family Bathroom which features a shower over bath, WC, mirror above basin with storage space underneath.
First Floor
Walk up the stairs from the Living Area into the Hallway on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 contains a Super King bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror and bedside cabinets. There is plenty of space for bags, a cot and to relax in.
Bedroom 2 is located at the rear of the house and features a Super King/Twin bed (please inform us of your bed preference when booking), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 3 features a single bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
The modern Family Bathroom features a large walk in shower, mirror over basin and WC.
Outside
This Norfolk holiday property offers plenty of outside space with access to a large lawned area with small play area and an uncovered pond.
At the rear of the property is a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ.
