This beautiful Tiny Home is big on personality, with luxurious Murphy bed that allows for more space and full kitchen. Located at The Saluda Outdoor Center, there are other tiny homes, summer tubing, brewery, and a fun community right on the Saluda River! While The Greenbrier is located at Saluda Outdoor Center property, it doesn't have direct river views. There are several sitting areas that allow you to sit back and relax to enjoy the gorgeous views the Saluda River has to offer.
The Space:
This custom tiny house is perfect for a romantic getaway or for someone wanting to spend some time alone in a cozy, luxurious, and comfortable space. The footprint is small, but the finishing touches and distinctive design create a feeling of space. The queen Murphy bed, behind privacy curtains, can remain down or, if more space is desired, can be easily folded away. There is a couch for two, a comfortable spot to overlook the grounds through the large glass door or watch a movie. The little kitchen isn’t lacking and has all the equipment to make a full meal that can be enjoyed at the bar table or out on the deck. We’ve learned a few things on our travels and, primarily, we know it’s important to have a comfortable bed and a decent shower. We made sure to design a space that considered those two things as a priority, so, from our perspective, the bed is superbly comfortable, with top of the line mattress and high quality linens, and the full bathroom doesn't feel micro with our full size shower and vanity features. We are excited for our guests to experience “living small” without feeling cramped or uncomfortable. This home shares space with other tiny homes, of various sizes and functionality, on the property of The Saluda Outdoor Center. At SOC, we operate a tubing company that runs a fun and brisk business on the weekends throughout the warm months. The Greenbrier tiny house does not have a direct view of the river, but our guests are welcome to enjoy the views from other spots along the property. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times and you must pick up after them. Please note, pet owners will be responsible for any damage and or special cleaning. Come join us on the river...adventure awaits!

The Greenbrier doesn’t have a washer or dryer in the unit, however, we do provide a community laundry room a short walk away.

We are located a quick five minutes to The Village of West Greenville, our local art's district, cute coffee shops, eateries, and galleries. Another five minutes and you're in downtown Greenville, where there's endless things to explore in this beautiful city! If you just need supplies or fast food, Easley is five minutes away in the other direction and Clemson is 30 minutes. We are also a great jumping off spot to discover waterfalls, trails, and the nearby mountains. We have it all...convenience, activities, fun, and scenic beauty!
