Summary: This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth. The proprietor (Ruth) is friendly and attentive, making sure visitors are comfortable and have what they need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is basic, and self serve, but fresh and tasty with a nice variety - everything needed to start the day. The showers are hot, with plenty of pressure, and a selection of shampoo and shower gel is provided, as well as hair dryers. There is offstreet parking. This is a comfortable place that feels like home. I would definitely recommend The Holly Tree.
