This lower unit, three bedroom (4 bed), 1 bath Century Duplex has been completely rehabbed from ceiling to floor. It also has been furnished with new appliances, washer/dryer and furniture . It's centrally located in a safe, quiet west side Cleveland Neighborhood, nestled at the end of a street with only neighborhood traffic. It's a quick 12 minute drive to Downtown, the Rock Hall, The IX center, and minutes to the Cleveland Zoo. If you're in town for the Cleveland Clinic it's a short 15 minute drive. Minutes from grocery stores and other convenience stores also. There is driveway parking along with street parking that does not require any passes. This lower unit has a nice outdoor patio with seating and a Propane grill, which connects to a large fenced in back yard.
