This 5 bedroom, (6 bed,1 sleeping cot) 2 bath Century house has been completely rehabbed from ceiling to floor. It also has been furnished with new appliances, washer/dryer and furniture . It's centrally located in a safe, quiet west side Cleveland Neighborhood, nestled at the end of a street with only neighborhood traffic. It's a quick 12 minute drive to Downtown, the Rock Hall, The IX center, and minutes to the Cleveland Zoo. If you're in town for the Cleveland Clinic it's a short 15 minute drive. Minutes from grocery stores and other convenience stores also. There is driveway parking along with street parking that does not require any passes.This property also has a nice outdoor patio with seating and a Propane grill, which connects to a large fenced in back yard.
