The Inn has 3 bedrooms, the Master King bed can be split into 2 singles, if your group requires.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds.
All beds have electric blankets.
There is a large fire place for warmth and evaporative cooling and fans for the summer.
There is ample parking with one undercover space.
The Inn still retains much of its period character and charm, with original windows and fireplaces and pressed metal ceilings.
Due to the history of the building, the accommodation is a little unique. The full bathroom is accessed two ways, internally off the master king bedroom, or each bedroom has a door to the verandah and the bathroom is just at the end of the verandah. There is plenty of 2 way lighting so its very easy for a night time visit, without disturbing anyone.
The rear garden is fully enclosed so it safe for children or pets, here you will find a BBQ and firepit for you to enjoy.

Summary: It is a lovely house in a great location between Mudgee and the little town of Gulgong. The big fenced-in garden at the back was much appreciated by my two little dogs as was the dog play area in Gulgong's The People's Park. The tricky bit for me was that my mobile phone got reception only at the far corner of the garden. I was also surprised that the little road the property is on is very busy and used by lots of noisy trucks throughout the night. That said, we had a lovely stay and Claire is an excellent, friendly hostess, delivering timber for the wood fire and sourcing a great dog walk for us .
