Welcome to Oneida Lake! Our Lake House is located on the south shore of Oneida Lake. We have a two story house, 1 bedroom down stairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom on the first floor. The living area is open concept and views of the lake can be seen throughout the house. We have a dock, fire pit, 3 golf courses within 5 miles, a Casino plus restaurant 3 miles, The Wild Animal Park 6 miles, Sylvan Beach, Verona Beach State Park 11 miles. You can bring a boat but you have to take it out of the water at night. We have plenty of room to keep it on our property. The NYState boat launch is located 1 mile from our Lake House. We supply 2 picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, a Weber gas grill, and A/C. No pets allowed. We also have a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, coffee maker, keurig and toaster. We have a dock for fishing, sunbathing and a raft with slide. I recommend water shoes. Our tv is set up for streaming devices, also free WiFi.

Summary: The house is clean and quaint and the huge windows overlooking the lake makes it! The owner lives near by and was so kind and welcoming. He also had tips about the area to share. There is access to everything you could need within minutes of the house. We intend to go back.
