Upon entry into the rear foyer, guests will be greeted with a spectacular view of Cayuga Lake through the windows of the great room. To the left is the first bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom with an oversized tile shower. To the right is another bedroom with a queen bed along with its own en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The wide hallway opens up into the great room, featuring a wall of sliding glass doors and chalet style windows to accentuate the stunning view of the lake. Hardwood floors and relaxing colors enhance the feeling of serenity and luxury. A large sectional with Samsung smart TV is available for enjoying a movie or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. Guests can watch their favorite programs using the TV apps and their accounts (Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max etc.). High speed, fiberoptic internet is available for streaming to personal devices or for those needing to work while on vacation.
The dining table seats 8 and is directly next to the spacious, elegant kitchen. Walk out any of the sliding glass doors onto the beautiful deck, where you can oversee the waterfront activities or share a meal in style. A half bath is conveniently located in the rear of the great room.
The spectacular loft bedroom offers the best view in the house via large, chalet windows. A king size bed faces the lake to accentuate the lake view.
