Enjoy hiking, rafting, atv/snowmobile rental, winery, Evergreen lake (summer water sports/ice skating in winter), antiquing, aspen peeping and the list goes on.
The space
Enjoy a southwest getaway with a beautiful lofted space which includes living, dining, basic kitchenette (coffee maker, water percolator, Breville toaster oven, microwave, hot plates and fridge/freezer), gas fireplace, king bedroom in lofted space with picture window to sit and enjoy sunrise with a warm cup of coffee, and master bath which includes a jacuzzi tub.
There is a very comfortable queen pullout couch (memory foam mattress) in the living room, and a travel crib for a little one can be provided upon request as well.
Other things to note
While this wing of the house has completely separate access (and is locked off from the main house), my family lives full time on the floor directly below this one (two stories below loft space).
We enjoy hosting guests who are considerate of this fact as the layout/noise travel are similar to a condo or townhome.
Also, cell phone service is very good at the house. My husband and I both have ATT and Verizon. All major carriers should do fine in area. Internet connection is 60 mbps DSL for anyone interested in WFH.
