And while it's only minutes from the convenience of Pacific Coast Highway and all the amenities of Malibu, you feel miles away and completely disconnected from the bustle of LA. Wake up to the sounds of birds and breathe in the noticeably fresher air. Gaze at the unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and the Malibu Canyon from the cliffside jacuzzi and outdoor dining table (the sunsets are breathtaking). Stroll the property's 6 acres and find little treasures everywhere- swings, a hammock, and even animals (Alpacas, a sheep, ponies, horses, and chicken :). This estate is a rare gem that you will never forget.
The 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home feels like luxury farmhouse living. The custom-designed wooden interior finishes and newly renovated features offer supreme comfort for you and your close ones. Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire 15 acres.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located off a private room in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. The home has only one direct neighbor. The private road is shared with them. Due to this it is from utmost importance that only 4 cars park in the driveway and the neighbors' driveway won't be blocked at all times.
There are no groceries stores, shops or restaurants within walking distance. The next plaza with grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy is a 15 minutes drive away from the home. There are many other great restaurants such as Dukes- Malibu or Country Kitchen close by that can be reached in less than a 10 minutes drive.
Getting Around:
We strongly suggest having a car as the property is located in a rural area. Uber or Lyft are available from this location however, you might have to try many times to find a driver. Ride shares can take up to 30 minutes to schedule from this location due to the home being up in the Malibu Canyons.

ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
It's a very quiet neighborhood- please respect the peace of the neighbors. No loud music at any time and no music past 10pm. Access to outdoor amenities is prohibited past 10pm. The city of Malibu doesn't allow us to host more than 10 people.
We have animals on the property- guests are allowed to get close to take pictures but are not allowed to touch or enter their fenced habitat. Some of the animal containment fences are electrified, please be careful to not touch them.
We may require a fully refundable security deposit to confirm booking.
Rules of the house:
- Access to the outdoor amenities prohibited past 10pm
- No parties or loud music allowed in the house
- Max occupancy must be respected
- No music after 10pm
- Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with the host before arrival - $70 per day/per pet
- Smoking prohibited indoors and outdoors. It is a fire hazard and a $250 fine will be incurred.
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $35 charge per stained pillow sheet
- $200 charge for stained sheets/duvet cover
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
- There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.
- Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
