Summary: Unfortunately this was one of those self-serve properties were everything in need has to be text to the other party and then you receive nothing that you need. I wish they could have let us at least use the pool prior to checking in. Also some request did not get responded too for 6 hours which led to a lot of frustration. On the plus side I did like the hotel just not the service. The girlfriend said she would not go back.
