Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Staff very friendly and helpful for a late check in. Responsive to issues and attempted to fix a shower last minute.

Negative: Unfortunately not all bathrooms have a shower. My room had a bath but no shower or shower head. The bed was beautifully made but not clean. They apologised sincerely.
