Positive: Fantastic location in North Berwick, right in the centre. easy walk to everything. Car park right opposite the flat which you could pay for on the Ringo app without having to go there.
Negative: Bathroom is a bit small, but fine for a holiday let - could do wit a few shelves in there for storing wash things.
