The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances, soap stone countertops and custom cabinetry. Spacious great room offers plenty of space for formal and casual dining, sitting area with large flat screen TV. The house comes with a Sonos Audio System that runs through the whole house and outdoor areas. Expansive sliders lead out to a backyard, complete with full outdoor kitchen including bar seating, ice maker, BBQ, fire pit, artificial turf and outdoor shower. The house has a newly built wrap around landscaped patio which is perfect for morning breakfast and evening sunset cocktails.Large Master retreat with ocean view deck has a unique double shower and tub spa, dual vanities and walk in closet. A guest room located in the backyard is furnished with a uber comfortable memory foam murphy bed that can easily be turned into an intimate dining table. Hear the waves crash as you and your family enjoy your own beach house oasis.
