Summary: The staff were excellent. They were friendly and professional. The amenities were outstanding. The only snags were with the temperature control in our room. We addressed this issue every day and never did get a satisfactory resolution to the problem. Also, the tv had some problems that were only partially resolved. Other than that it was a great stay. Almost perfect, especially for the price.
