The space
This is a pet friendly (dog only) cabin.
You won’t find a busy lobby, crowded elevators hallways, or swimming pools at the Wigwam Western Summit Retreat, rather a cozy and special getaway accompanied by acres of protected land, outdoor showers, firepits, and rock gardens.
Perched high on the western summit of the Hoosac Range each cabin is a separate house and air-conditioned. Instead of a gym, we have miles and miles of trails. Instead of a pool immerse yourself in the nearby Deerfield river and swimming holes in Savoy State Park and at North Pond. Use the cabin concierge service and have custom and delicious meals cooked for you by a sushi chef, an experienced cook, and delivered to the cabin in picnic baskets. Celebrating a special occasion? Our baker will make you a special 6" cake. Sushi at sunset? Can do! Cabin guests are also invited to use the charcoal bbq grill, the stump table, the Perch Bar table, your very own fire pit and a private picnic area. Pamper yourself with Wigwam's Cabin Concierge service to get the fire roaring and stocked with enough split wood for the evening! Just show up. We’ll handle the rest.

Cabin guests are invited to use the private trail on the back of the summit to the wigwam creek, an old watering hole, and onwards to the Hoosac Range Trail without using the public trailhead. It's an easy 1.5-mile hike to sunset rock. You will pass the "Yoda" tree. For those more ambitious, continue onwards to Spruce Hill (about 6 miles) for a perfect Berkshire mountain day!
