Please note-
Victorian COVID 19 restrictions require that no more than ten guests are allowed at this stage. Bookings for groups larger than ten cannot be accepted at this stage.
For the safety of everyone we have introduced enhanced cleaning at The Polehouse to reduce the risk of spreading coronavirus. High touch points such as door handles, light switches, remote controls, etc will be added to the cleaning schedule and as always commercial cleaners are employed to keep our high standard of cleaning. To cover the costs of this we have introduced a small cleaning fee to the booking fees.
We are also not taking back to back bookings so there is at least 24hrs between guests.
We ask that our guests remain vigilant in their own personal hygiene, washing hands frequently and staying home if anyone in their group is unwell.
New for 2019 - New carpet in the Lounge and dining areas as well as a huge, comfy couch.
The Polehouse is a spacious 5 bedroom house which caters for larger groups or families. It's unique design offers space, comfort and magnificent views of it's bush surrounds. Pricing is all inclusive for up to 12 people.

Expressi capsule machine and milk frother provided to make your morning coffee or hot chocolate, simply bring your own favorite Aldi pods to enjoy.

There are 3 separate decks for relaxing outside.
The largest upper level deck has easy access from the kitchen and is complete with hooded gas BBQ, two tables and ample seating for outdoor dining in warmer weather.

During winter the upper levels of the house are kept toasty warm from the gas log heater.
The lower levels have 4 reverse cycle air conditioning units which cool the house in summer and warms the lower living area and adjoining bedrooms in winter.

*Local Attractions
Just a few minutes drive from the Mt Buller gate the Polehouse is perfectly located for quick access to the ski fields.
The Delatite river is walking distance from the Polehouse and perfect for a cooling dip in summer. Good size trout can be caught close by.
The Mt Buller chairlifts are open in summer for downhill mountain biking and the 16km climb is a great challenge for road cyclists.
The Polehouse is a 20 minute drive to the Mansfield Golf Club and is ideal for social golfing groups.
For motorsport fans the Targa High Country course passes through Sawmill Settlement every November.
There are also many local restaurants and wineries for a great way to unwind at the end of the day.
