Summary: Ritz is an exceptional hotel but that is expected of course. Everyone there goes out of their way to make your stay the best possible. *The suite was very comfortable. * Pools were nice however the pool choice of food was very poor. * If you are with kids, you can't use the Jacuzzi. * Restaurants do not have too many choices at least in my opinion. * There is a lack of music in this hotel compared to others that we stayed at in Honolulu. Therefore the entertainment is very poor. For example, live music by the pool at the OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort was unbeatable as well as the suite lounge with free breakfast, drinks and dinner snacks. You would think that paying over $1000 per day would get you something exceptional but in my opinion it did not. Sure, the service is unbeatable however to enjoy a vacation takes more then service. Pool is on the 6th floor so it has a view but that also comes with a lot of wind which makes it cold. This is NOT on the beach so you have to walk a few blocks, therefore they should make it up in a different way which they did not. Anyway, Nice hotel, great service but will not stay there again.
