Summary: There was excessive mold in the bathroom with hair and debris. The shower head pipe was unsecured and dangling from a hole lose in the wall. The bathroom door did not close. We asked for housekeeping to come and do a deep clean and they did not. We checked out early and went to another hotel. The Sage refunded 75% of the stay.
