Summary: I enjoyed my stay at The Sea Breeze Inn very much. It is family -run, and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well-located to the harbor area and Bellevue Ave. mansions of Newport and there are good restaurants in walking distance. My room was small but comfortable and had a small balcony. Breakfast (with good choices) is included. Michaela, my server ar breakfast, was pleasant and efficient. Overall a great stay!
