Summary: We had one lady in room service, who was wonderful. But the others, not so much. The pool was very nice, but the service was just OK. We really enjoyed the food there. But nothing was consistent. Each day, even though I ordered the same things, it was different. The beds were comfortable, however, our room did have a smell. The concierge was fantastic. We really liked the location. Overall, I would say, I would recommend it, but hopefully they work on some of the issues .
