Summary: The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit outdated (but still quite functional). There didn't seem to be hot hot water (just barely warm#, and we weren't sure if we turned the switch to the water heater on correctly but didn't bother checking this out because it was nice to take a cool shower during this hot #May# time of the year. The bed contained a very thin mattress which was too firm for our liking. After the first few nights there, our backs started to ache. This was the main drawback for us. The staff was very nice, and they brought us two one-litre bottles of water each day along with clean towels #which could have used some "Bounce" or "Downy" to soften their texture), so that was a nice touch. Being an American, I had trouble with the fast Indian/British accent. The Wi-Fi in the room worked well. Despite all of the car noise (people honk their horns as much as they brake), the room was very quiet. It could be due to being in the middle of the building where there was no window view. The location was perfect for us since it was within walking distance of the metro and other places we needed to be near. I would stay here again if they changed the bed to something much less firm.
