Spacious home located in a very private setting on the North Toe River near Plumbtree, NC. Several acres of private property w more than 500 feet of river frontage! Great for river tubing, fly fishing or just relaxing on the banks of the spring-fed "Estatoe" river. This house is large enough to accommodate eight people but is also great for couples just wanting to get away from it all! One hour from Asheville, 40 minutes from Boone, 20 minutes from Banner Elk 10 minutes from Newland.
Spacious home with approximately 1500 square feet available... 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, new carpets and floors, open kitchen area spacious layout. Comfortable for 4 adults (2 large beds) and 4 children (2 bunk beds). Property is very private with no other houses within sight.
Guests are welcome to use entire home except an additional fourth bedroom and bathroom that will be locked with owner’s belongings. Owner will not be there.
