The ultimate luxury Captiva Island vacation home! Stunning views from one of Captiva's most iconic residences resting on over 2.5 acres with 200 ft of bay-frontage overlooking the sparkling waters toward the preservation land beyond. Upon arrival you are greeted with bay views before even entering due to the wonderful breezeway design which looks through to the wrap-around covered boat basin and gazebo. As you enter, you are welcomed with a hand forged cascading stairway which brings you to the interior for a knockout view. Step into one of two large living areas featuring a beautiful two comfortable sectional couches, a bar area, open dining area, stunning chefs’ kitchen and expansive views from the huge deck overlooking the bay. In addition to this living area there is also a media room with flat screen television and another comfortable sectional. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, large couch, flat screen television, deck and attached bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The next bedroom is a queen bed, deck, flat screen television and attached bathroom with shower. The bunk room has two bunk beds with full on the bottom and twins on the top attached bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen television, shared deck and attached bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television, shared deck and attached bathroom with shower. Two additional bedrooms in the guest home with a queen and two twins. The guest home is only available May through November.
The lower level of the home has a huge, heated swimming pool perfect for a refreshing swim on hot summer days. Entertain with the outdoor kitchen, sectional seating, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, dining table and amazing dock. Boat, fish, kayak, swim, look for shells on the beach.
