This stunning townhome is a one of a kind in Palm Valley Country Club. South West facing surrounded by numerous lakes, panoramic mountain views, forever fairway views as well as action from the green right in front of the property. This 2 bed/2.5 bath condo has been updated with Italian European cabinets, marble and granite countertops, top tier stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank floors, beautiful luxury tiled bathrooms and much more. The kitchen, dining area, living room, powder bathroom and laundry area are all located on the first floor. The primary bedroom and bathroom as well as the guest bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. This unit also features a gorgeous, spacious, patio with a built in barbecue and a large balcony which both bedrooms have access to. Designer furniture provided.
If you are not familiar with Palm Valley Country Club, it is one of the finest Private Country Clubs located in the desert. The greatest part is that it is only 10 miles from all the fun in downtown Palm Springs. We are located very close to Westfield Mall, Restaurant Row, Exquisite Shopping on El Paseo, Treasured Golf Courses, Hiking, Knott's Soak City, Bristol Farms, Ralphs Grocery Store around the corner, and so much more.
Palm Valley Country Club is a guard gated community. It is one of the most prominent Clubs in the area. This property does not include golf, gym or tennis access but does include access to the 100,000 square-foot Clubhouse which features an elegant formal dining room and cocktail lounge; an inviting members’ grill and bar; men’s and women’s locker rooms; full-service golf and tennis pro shop and spa services. PVCC golf courses are part of American Golf Association. Reciprocal golf privileges are allowed depending on the level of your membership. Even though PVCC is a private golf club, renters can golf on PVCC courses on Mondays when reserving through Standby Golf. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby. There are approximately 100 golf courses in the Coachella Valley! Once you've arrived, feel free to check out the Pro shops, dine in the restaurants, purchase spa services or utilize the professional Hair/Nail Salon. The 100,000 square foot clubhouse is magnificent. The club house has fine dining and casual dining (Bogies Grill). The dining room is elegant and the food is fantastic. Every Friday night is PASTA Night, which we can assure is an event that can't be missed. There is also a beautiful cocktail lounge attached. The sprawling golf course view from the restaurant and bar is truly a sight to behold.
The only thing we have access to are the 46 pools. There is a heated pool and jacuzzi with quite a view, just steps down from our outdoor patio. They keep it super warm and clean, averaging about 80 degrees.
Please note that our location is fairly close to train tracks. The train can be heard if you are sensitive to noise. In our opinion, it is not bothersome. But if you are a light sleeper, we have a white noise machine in each of the bedrooms.
