Layout:
The entrance of the home opens into a living area, kitchen and an attached dining room. The two bedrooms are towards the rear of the home. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a walk in closet and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is also located in the hallway.
Parking:
Please park in the one car garage. There is limited guest parking.
Neighborhood:
There is so much to love about the location of this home! The property is located near Ellington and beautiful Centennial Park and just a short distance from Vanderbilt University and all of the nearby bars restaurants of the campus. Check out The Local, The Greenhouse, True Foods, and more for great food/drinks and the Green Hills Mall and surrounding area for great shopping!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
