Come and enjoy this magnificent 2-room apartment of about 48m2 with sea view and a sunny terrace in a recent residence with elevator. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and will be an ideal holiday destination for your stay in the Principality, whether for your holidays or for work. Very practical, the building has two exits, one in Beausoleil and one in Monaco. The apartment also has a parking area (the parking is straight) with access by lift

The Conciergerie is available online from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The apartment is located in a new and residential area, a little out of the way.
However, you are a 10-minute walk from Beausoleil town centre, you will find all the shops and restaurants.
You are 12 minutes from Monte-Carlo
There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the apartment to get to the centre

- Buses 12, 18 and 24 will take you to Monaco city centre or Beausoleil
- Munich train station can be reached by buses 18 and 24
- An airport bus also stops near Monaco train station and allows you to take buses 18 and 24 - be careful, these buses do not run very late
- Nice Airport is a 32-minute drive away
Please note that the car park under the building is free and a dedicated space is reserved for you, the entrance to the car park is by means of a lift.
In the bathroom there is not a traditional toilet but a sany-grinder, you should not throw anything in it except toilet paper because it is a slightly more fragile system and could get clogged
