Welcome to Thistle House at Camp Greenwood: a brand new micro tiny house village central to the best attractions in Southern Vermont! Skiing, hiking, dining....and a barrel sauna and private pond available to our guests! Dogs welcome!
Thistle House does have potable, filtered water, which runs through a custom filter retrofitted for our tiny home...this leads to water pressure that can be a little lighter than what you may be used to at home!
Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.
Camp Greenwood is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
Per our listing, we have a two person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $500 per person per night.
We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.
WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use Camp Greenwood'sfeatures, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
The entire tiny house and surrounding grounds (including sauna and pond) are available for guest use. Please note, while Thistle House does have its own dedicated outdoor area with Adirondack chairs, Weber grill, and Breeo firepit, both the pond and sauna are Camp amenities, which are shared among both tiny houses at Camp Greenwood.
Thistle House at Camp Greenwood is tiny vacation living at its finest. The house offers one loft bedroom (queen bed), full kitchen with four-burner electric stove and oven, farmhouse sink, butcher-block countertops, microwave, french press coffee maker, heat and AC, secondary lounge loft with Smart TV and Nintendo mini, high speed WiFi (300 mbs), leather sofa, tiled shower, traditional flushing toilet, washer and dryer unit, Casper mattress, outdoor area with Breeo fire pit, Weber grill, and Adirondack chairs, a barrel sauna, and private camp pond...just to name a few features. Come enjoy Vermont in a whole new way! Dogs welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Thistle House is part of Camp Greenwood, a micro tiny house village featuring two tiny homes. Each tiny home at Camp Greenwood has its own dedicated two acres with Adirondack chairs, Weber grill, and Breeo firepit. In addition, the houses also share select outdoor amenities: the pond, dock, and sauna areas. We provide 10 pieces of firewood for guests to enjoy, with additional firewood available for purchase.
