The 38m2 apartment can accommodate 2 people and is in the immediate vicinity of Monaco. You will be won over by its charm and personality but also by the calm that reigns there and by its view of the roofs or lemon trees. Residential and quiet area. Going down the stairs you are 2 minutes from the famous Place des Moulins in Monaco. All amenities are therefore nearby, as well as the principality's bus network and the French network. The Grimaldi Forum is also 5 minutes away on foot.
