Beautiful home at the end of a quiet and safe residential southwest Portland neighborhood, located at the end of a dead end street. Property feels like you are in the forest, yet you are minutes from downtown Portland, freeway access, grocery stores, and OHSU medical center. The house has an open floor plan with a fully-stocked kitchen; a large dining area with skylights and reading nook; a living room with a gas fireplace and smart TV; and a large, private outdoor deck area. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds with comfortable Italian memory foam mattresses, down comforters, and blackout curtains. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower and the upstairs bathroom has tub/shower combination. The water heater is tankless, so everyone has all the hot water they need.
No pets, smoking, or vaping. 30 night minimum stay. Two off-street parking spaces in the driveway, garage not available to guests.
Please note, there is a flight of stairs from the parking area down to the front door of house. Also note that I offer monthly rentals of a one-bedroom guest suite (with a separate entrance and separate parking area) in the daylight basement, so we ask that guests be mindful of noise from 10 pm-7 am.

Summary: We stayed here for over a month and everything was great! Comfortable, clean, and in a good location. We loved sitting out on the deck in the afternoons. Our only complaint is that the wifi was not always very fast and had to be re-set a couple times but it wasn't anything major. Having AC was a huge plus since our stay was in July and August. There are a lot of stairs leading down to the front door of the property which could be an issue for anyone who has mobility issues.
