Summary: Absolutely a hotel I will recommend if you are to stay in Belin- both in context of work or vacation. The restaurants have delicious and well cooked foods (the pizzas alone are worth the travel). The employees of the hotels are so friendly and smiling no matter if it is day or night, cleaning or reception. The beds are comfortable and rooms has a nice standard size and decor. Great size of pool and acces to a huge Technogym fitness center - here you have to remember reading all “hidden policies” at Hotel.com, because if you book through here instead of through the hotel directly- that’s an extra cost. At the hotels own homepage you have 3 possibilities: basic, basic + breakfast, basic+breakfast+spa&fitness. And at the time I booked, the prices were the same for the all inclusive at the hotels own booking site, as Hotels.com (yet here, you find out that you have to pay 20€ per person) I had explicitly tagged pool and breakfast in my search criteria’s, but haven’t scrolled through the additional policy at hotels.com. Has a chat with the AI powered outsourced customer service at Hotels.com with no help at all our understanding at all. The Titanic hotel is perfect and the service is impeccable!
