River Strand includes Arthur Hill designed professional 27 hole golf course, tennis club with 8 Har Tru courts, clubhouse with 2 excellent restaurants resort style pool facility with lazy river, Jacuzzi, Tiki-bar and 24/7 fitness center. Magnificently landscaped grounds with jogging, biking and walking paths and second pool within walking distance. The building has an elevator, private locked storage area, and reserved covered private parking at front entrance. The condo is located on the 4th floor and is furnished with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen includes new stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and eating counter with bar stools. The living room has sliding glass doors that open to the screened lanai with incredible views. Living room includes HD/TV with full cable channel line-up and WiFi. A large master suite with king bed and walk-in closet, guest room with 2 twin beds, 2 full size baths including oversized stall shower and soaking tub, washer and dryer included. Minimum rental is one month. Rent includes all utilities water, electricity, trash pick-up, cable TV, WiFi and use of all amenities. Property is located near the NY Yankee and Baltimore Orioles spring training facilities, Ellenton Outlet center, and new Sarasota mall.
