When you enter the home you will see the large great room with vaulted beam ceilings, a fabulous kitchen, expansive dining room table and a cozy seating area with a flat screen TV. There are accordion doors off the great room that open out to the patio and area with a heated pool. The house has 2 first bedrooms and 2 upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms have a shared bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. The downstairs bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a shower. There is a Living Room at the front of the house with a gas fireplace.
Off the kitchen is a half bath and separate laundry room. Heading downstairs to the lower level there is a huge media room, with a large flat screen TV, Foosball, Air Hockey and a oversized sectional couch. The downstairs also has a full bath with a shower. There are 2 roll away beds that can be used for extra guests. Total accommodations 8 to 10 people.
The large level yard has a beautiful patio surrounding the pool and plenty of space to play your favorite outside games. Corporation Beach is just 0.7 miles from the house and there's a path if you prefer to walk. This house may be old but everything is new and top notch!
