The first floor has a full kitchen, living, dining area, laundry area and half bathroom; on the second floor are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. The upper level has the master bedroom and bathroom with a large balcony. Located in a small private island at the Marina. Overlooking the swimming pool and the Marina area. this is the perfect place for either a short or extended escapade to the tropical warmth of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Isla Iguana is a secure, quiet, gated community located in the Marina Vallarta.
We have a 48ft. Yacht, that you can charter, for Whale watching, or visiting a small village across the bay, for lunch! If in decide to rent our town home, you can talk to us about the details of chartering the Yacht, for four or six hours!
