Summary: We appreciated the hotel's excellent location, convenient for numerous shops, hotels and eateries, and the well-maintained building though a little added care in certain areas would elevate the experience even further. However, I must highlight a major concern; the breakfast offering during our 8 day stay. Variety was notably limited just two to three dishes daily. On some days only two dishes were available, with scrambled eggs served each morning, yet inconsistently prepared. Additionally, a third chafing-dish warmer was always left in place, creating confusion as guests assumed more food was coming. This led to several residents waiting unnecessarily and interrupting our meal as I found myself explaining that no further items would appear, because it was not nice at all seeing. This issue significantly impacted the breakfast experience. As there are many alternative hotels nearby, I strongly encourage management to urgently review and improve breakfast variety, consistency, and presentation. Ensuring all dishes are clearly available and replenished or removed when finished will greatly enhance guest satisfaction. On a positive note, I would like to commend one staff member, a consistently energetic and cheerful young man who always welcomed guests with a smile and kept the breakfast area exceptionally tidy. His positive presence did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated. I think that with these adjustments, the hotel would offer an even more compelling experience.
