Perched on the west bluff overlooking the San Marcos Creek in North Paso Robles, this private, ranch-style home has been totally renovated with a cook’s kitchen, huge family room and awesome outside area for dining al fresco while enjoy the endless views of rolling hill vistas. Relax and enjoy the all-updated home which is adorned with modern and comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you could possibly need. Private and secluded, yet just 5-7 miles from any major attraction including Vina Robles Amphitheater, Paso Robles Event Center, and Downtown Paso and Downtown San Miguel.
Nearby is the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail where you can taste some of Paso’s finest wines from Villa San Juliette, Graveyard Cellars, and Hearst Ranch Winery…or explore over 200+ wineries throughout the Paso Robles AVA. Also close by is the Twin Rivers Horse Ranch. This home is perfect for 2 or 3 couples, a family, or an equestrian jaunt. There’s even room for a horse trailer or two.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master bedroom features a queen bed and huge walk-in closet. Use the double barn doors to close it off for privacy. The master closet is even big enough to serve as a baby’s room. A Pack ‘n Play is stored there should you need it. The master bedroom is directly across the hall from bathroom 1 which is a full bath with a large walk-in shower and single vanity.
Bedroom two also has a queen bed, side chair and large closet. This bedroom is across the hall from bathroom 2 which has a tub/shower combo and single vanity. Bathroom 2 can also serve as the general guest bath.
In the family room is a Murphy bed with a queen size mattress. This acts as a 3rd bedroom or the perfect spot to put the kiddos.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
The heart of the home is the great room…kitchen, dining and living room…in a bright open space.
The kitchen has all brand-new stainless appliances, a 5-burner Samsung electric stove, a Frigidaire side-by-side fridge with a freezer on the bottom, a Whirlpool Microwave oven and Maytag dishwasher.
There’s plenty of serviceware to feed the whole crew!
The kitchen also features a long center island which can also serve as a buffet table. The dining area has a large wooden table with 6 comfortable padded chairs. The living room has a love seat and side chair along with a 50” SmartTV…perfect for watching while cooking up the grub!
At the opposite side of the home is the very large family room. Measuring over 20’ x 20’ there’s plenty of room for everyone to watch TV on the 65” SmartTV while enjoying the large sectional with two built-in loungers. There’s also a tall table with 4 chairs…perfect for enjoying some board games, card games or a snack or two. Also in this room is the Murphy Bed which serves as a 3rd bedroom.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
A large slider off the dining area leads to the large, shaded deck overlooking the San Marcos Creek river bed and endless views of the distance rolling hills. There you’ll find a picnic-style table with seating for 6-8. A few additional chairs are available, folded up in the nook. A BBQ gas grill is down the steps on the brick paver patio. There’s also a perfect spot to play corn hole which grilling up some burgers.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels for the hot tub. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. Please help yourself and replace whatever you use up.
PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located on Spring Street at 20th in Paso. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
Paso is packed with great restaurants. Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
