You will be greeted upon check-in and keys will be provide, may be a tour of the amenities if you have questions. Sometimes it will be self check in if we cannot greet you. For check-outs before 8 AM it be a self check out. Instructions will be sent to what type of check in is. Other wise will leave you rest.
Once in a while we will send messages to see how everything is going with the rental.

We have other properties in this complex if you want to get a large family gathering please ask.
Please remember that you're staying an apartment please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Cleaning is provided once a week when your stay is for 6 or more days, lawn maintenance is twice a week & pool/common area maintenance is daily except for Sundays.
We have solar panels, septic tanks, well water, cisterns that hold water for back up and our water system are supplied via gravity to save energy, and is a self-sustained paradise.
★ EARLY CHECK IN or late check out more than two hours ( a nightly rate is apply) may require extra fees (1/3 the nightly rate) and early check in it may not be available if another guest is checking out on the same day as your check in★
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

◦ No subletting permitted.
◦ All guests must be registered, including children.
◦ No unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval.
◦ No drugs of any kind are permitted, but alcohol is allowed.
◦ If there is damage to the property, no deposit will be returned.
◦ Notify us immediately if anything breaks, spills, or stains.
◦ Unreturned or lost keys will result in a $25 USD ($500 MXN) replacement fee.
◦ Do not take towels off the property, a $800 MXN penalty applies.
◦ Pets allowed upon requests (one pet)
◦ Clean up after your dogs for feces please take outside the property & keep them inside the apartment at all times.
-do not leave pets inside the apartment by them selves for more than 30 min
◦ Always lock the front gate when you leave.
◦ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
◦ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in.
