Britt is the Hidden Gem of Georgian Bay, easily accessible but not commercialized. A small community of 300 odd friendly folks, it's rustic and serene. In summers, watch beavers, ducks and loons, swim in Silent River, or sit on the swing and enjoy the breeze. Visit the local Ice Cream parlor or rent a canoe and make your way to Georgian Bay. In winters, go ice fishing in the beautiful Magnetawan teeming with Bass, Pike, Perch, Walleye, Catfish, Smelt, Speckle Trout, etc.
Spacious and cozy, a bright yellow door welcomes you to the cottage and the sound of flowing water lulls you to sleep. Modern amenities make your stay comfortable while the feeling of escape persists, especially once the sky darkens. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's ample room to enjoy board games on the gaming table, sip your morning coffee in the sunroom, or stargaze on clear nights. We have two queen beds and a bunk bed, making it ideal for four adults and two children. There’s also a dock to swim or tie your boat.
Fire extinguishers are available in the Sunroom and the Kitchen (under the sink), and a basic First Aid kit is located inside the Cedar bathroom vanity.
