This home is on 9.75 acres surrounded by the Monterey County Marine Sanctuary and visited by wildlife that passes through it daily. Visit and fall in love with Monterey Bay and its barking seals, gliding otters, and rogue waves. Moss Landing Harbor offers delicious meals, shopping, beach and water fun. Santa Cruz, Aptos, Capitola and Monterey Peninsula all within 15-30 minutes. Home has a deck, neighborhood horses and cows, BBQ, and fully equipped kitchen.
