Secluded and tranquil house completed in 2023. Situated at the end of a quiet dirt road as far out in the Stockholm archipelago as you can get by car, a 50 minute drive from the city centre. The house sits on a cliff which brings you close to the tree canopees. High-end standard throughout. 5-15 minutes walk to three different spots for swimming in the sea. A short drive to stores and seaside restaurants. Close to ferry to explore nearby islands.
The space
The main house has 1 bedroom (180 cm double bed), bathroom (incl. washer and dryer), fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and fireplace. The guest house has 2 bedrooms (160 cm double bed + single bunk beds) with a shared bathroom. Separate entrances to each bedroom.

The property has its own water well. Please use water with care, even in Sweden fresh water is getting more scarce during the summer. FYI there are security cameras on front door and over the property.
