Welcome to Tree Top Cove on Lake Tillery! Enjoy beautiful big water views from any of our 3 decks- stunning sunsets and lakeside wildlife. This is an ideal peaceful setting to escape the busy bustle of life and take a breath of fresh air.
This family-friendly home features 3 levels. The entry level (top) features an owner's suite with a queen bed and attached full bathroom, a bunk room with 4 twin beds, a full kitchen with stainless appliances, fully stocked with everything you need to cook a big meal, a 10-person dining area, and a cozy sitting area with a smart TV and gorgeous views of the lake.
The second level features a second owner's suite with king bed and attached full bathroom, laundry amenities, and a game area with a smart TV and full 9ft shuffleboard table.
The basement level includes an electronic dart board, a foosball table, and seating to relax.
Enjoy a night around an outdoor fire, charcoal grilling, and a game of cornhole after a day out on the lake. Your kids will be exhausted after spending their time watersliding into the lake, stand-up paddbleboarding, and kayaking (we have 2 SUPs and 2 kayaks for your use).
Cute downtown area is close by for small business shopping and coffee shop lovers.
Uwharrie National Forest and Morrow Mountain are within 25-45 minutes from the house for those that love to hike.
Coffee and basic seasonings are provided in the kitchen.
All linens, bath and beach towels are provided.
Important: There are a lot of stairs on this property! The front entry and top floor are all easily accessible, with just a few steps at the entryway. However, there is a spiral staircase access to the middle floor and steeper stairs to the basement. The access to the dock/lake is by stairs only on the decking. We love our beautiful waterfront home, but it is admittedly difficult for anyone who has trouble navigating stairs- just want to be fully transparent.
Our home is on a quiet cove and not suitable for gatherings or events- no parties. Only registered guests are allowed on property. Must have an adult age 25+ on property.
Outdoor cameras are in use at entries and in boathouse for guest and host's safety and security.
