It is located on a private road, remarkably quiet... an easy walk/bike ride to town primarily through private neighborhoods as we are just over a mile from great restaurants and fun activities in town and is just 2.2 miles from the Kennebunk beaches.
It has a queen bed, sofa bed, private bath with walk in shower, open concept sitting room and full kitchen and parking for two cars.
The apartment is equipped with A/C in the master bedroom, ceiling fans in the living and master, TWC high speed internet, flat screen television, washer/dryer and gas grill.
For those who enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding, you do have access to the water… within minutes you could be paddling through the center of Kennebunkport. Or if you prefer to simply watch the river, feel free to use the river-side patio and firepit.
