The apartment is 300 meters from the famous Prainha, one of the most acclaimed beach in the region, and just one kilometer from the city center. It is also close to the best restaurants, and various leisure options, such as Arraial's famous boat trips. Due to its great location, it is possible to visit other regions and beaches in the city in a few minutes by car.
This apartment can accommodate up to eight guests. It has two suites, which have seven single beds in total and a master suite, which has a queen size bed, perfect for the comfort of all guests. Furthermore, its two living rooms and a dining room are extremely comfortable, great for relaxing after the beach. Its spacious roof is the highlight of the apartment! It has a pool area and a gourmet area with a barbecue, ideal for gatherings during your stay.
