Summary: Easy to get to, in a quiet area, very clean. We Uber to and from beach strip for beach, for happy hour and dinners for cheap considering the off setting of $3,50/hr parking. Only down side, out of owner’s control, pool to hot! :-). Need to start business of pool cooling solutions!
